Before setting an appointment the following is required: Access to a printer/computer/smart phone and a basal thermometer. I also strongly recommend getting a copy of Taking Charge of Your Fertility.  

How It Works:

- Consult is 3 hours long
-We will meet and review presentation on a virtual platform such as Google hangouts or  Skype
-Upon completion you’ll receive a “Step by Step Guide” via pdf

Pricing:
          The exchange for an Intro FAM Consult is $65. If you would like a follow up appointment after your first month of charting, that exchange is $25 (1 hr.). Together we will we discuss and access that month's chart.
